Shipping

Online orders are shipped within 2 business days via FedEx, Delhivery, Aramex or Professional Couriers. In case there is a delay, we shall notify you immediately. 

PICK-UP IN STORE - FREE In our store the next working day. Store details are in our Contact Us Page.

STANDARD HOME DELIVERY - ₹ 90.00 / FREE (Orders over ₹ 1,999)

CASH ON DELIVERY  - ₹ 150.00 PER ORDER.

2-4 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY: Metros.

5-7 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY: Other destinations.

If you wish to avail express shipping, please write to support@studioy.in or Whatsapp us with subject: EXPRESS SHIPPING, to inquire about the additional charges to your city.

We bear the shipping charge for returns at no additional cost to you.

Payment Modes

We currently accept the following payment methods:
* Netbanking (55 Indian Banks)
* Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex)
* UPI (United Payments Interface)
* Wallets (MobiKwik, Paytm, PayZapp, Airtel Money, Amazon Pay, Freecharge, PhonePe)
* Cash on Delivery

Order Communication

You will receive order related emails/SMS in two stages:

1. An order confirmation email/SMS once you place the order.
2. A shipment email/SMS once the order is dispatched from our studio to your address. You will be able to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company through the tracking link in the second email.

Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted three times before the shipment is returned to our Studio. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete address(es) or incorrect contact number.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at support@studioy.in

Kindly note that orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will be treated as per the return policy.

Refund

We do not offer refunds on orders. All products are packed and processed under surveillance and stringent quality guidelines. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
