Shipping

Online orders are dispatched within 2 business days. In case there is a delay, we shall notify you immediately. 

Prepaid orders above ₹2,000: FREE

Prepaid orders upto ₹2,000: ₹50

Cash on delivery: ₹150

PREPAID: Auto calculated after the checkout

2-4 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY: Metros (within India).

5-8 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY: Other destinations (within India).

15-20 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY: International.

If you receive a message confirming delivery of your package and it is not the case, please get in touch with us within 2 working days.

Shipping partners do not provide us proof of delivery post 7 days and we will not be able to compensate for the loss of package if we do not receive an update from your end.

Once you enter the complete shipping address and check out, you will be able to see the shipping charges. The shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the garment.

The order will be delivered within 15-20 business days.

Currently, we do not support returns/exchange services for international orders. However, we will accept your return request and provide shipping services if you are willing to bear the shipping cost. It starts at $40 and increases according to the weight of the package.

If you wish to avail express shipping, please write to support@studioy.in or Whatsapp us with subject: EXPRESS SHIPPING, to inquire about the additional charges to your city.

DOMESTIC - We bear the shipping charge for returns at zero cost.

INTERNATIONAL - The customer bears the shipping cost.

Payment Modes

We currently accept the following payment methods:
* Netbanking (55 Indian Banks)
* Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex)
* UPI (United Payments Interface)
* Wallets (MobiKwik, Paytm, PayZapp, Airtel Money, Amazon Pay, Freecharge, PhonePe)
* Cash on Delivery

Order Communication

You will receive order related emails/text in two stages:

1. An order confirmation email/text once you place the order.
2. A shipment email/text from our logistics team once the order is dispatched from our warehouse to your address. You will be able to track your order through the tracking link in the second email.

Delivery will be attempted three times before the shipment is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure someone is available at the given shipping address to receive your order. There shall be additional fees for further delivery attempts. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete address(es) or incorrect contact number.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at support@studioy.in

Kindly note that orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will be treated as per the return policy.

Refund

We do not offer refunds on orders. All products are packed and processed under surveillance and stringent quality guidelines. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
