We have 15-days Return/Exchange Policy only on non-sale and non-customised items.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Currently, we do not support returns/exchange services for international orders.
However, we will accept your return request within 15-days only on non-sale and non-customised items and provide shipping services if you are willing to bear the shipping cost. It starts at $40 and increases according to the weight of the package.
Studio Y does not have a cash refund policy. However, we would be happy to exchange your product or provide you with a credit coupon. The coupon value will be the same amount as that of the product you purchased. You can redeem this coupon on our website to shop and it will be valid for lifetime.
The return/exchange on non-sale items is applicable under these circumstances:
It should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smells aren’t transferred to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
It should be unwashed with price tags, brand tags, shoe-box and all original packaging must be present.
We have reverse pick up services based on your area location pin code.
Three pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel.
Customised orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
WHAT IS THE RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY FOR PRODUCTS ON SALE?
We don’t accept return/exchange on the sale items.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE /WRONG PRODUCT?
We do perform a Quality Check under surveillance on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at email@example.com with damaged/defective/wrong product in the subject line and we will take care of the rest.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES FOR ELIGIBLE RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
There are no charges for return or exchange (within India) provided the item is eligible for return or exchange.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return or exchange request is approved.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY EXCHANGE?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your order.
DOMESTIC - If your request is approved, then your exchange will be processed within 10 to 12 working days. In case there is a delay, we shall notify you immediately.
INTERNATIONAL - If your request is approved, then your exchange will be processed within 25 to 30 working days. In case there is a delay, we shall notify you immediately.
MY AREA IS NOT SERVICEABLE FOR RETURN, HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don’t worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by following the steps given below:

Please mention Order number on your shipment.

Please ensure that the product is unused and unwashed.
Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!
Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your exchange/return.
Any eligible reimbursements for self shipments is capped at Rs. 100. Should your self-shipment cost more than this, please get in touch with our team and we will help you with the same.
WHAT IF RETURNED PRODUCTS DID NOT PASS QUALITY CHECK?
Studio Y reserves the right to resend the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality-check. Before sending the product back to you, we will share the images with you indicating the reason and will intimate you via email/call.
