ABOUT US
Located in Bangalore, India, our manufacturing facility has been operating for 8 years, initially established to support our in-house kids wear and women’s wear labels. Over time, we’ve proudly partnered with various brands, offering a space for producing high-quality woven garments. With a dedicated team of 18 staff members, plus additional contract workers, we have the capacity to manufacture between 4,000 to 5,000 pieces per month.
OUR SAMPLING & MANUFACTURING PROCESS
1. Tech Pack
A Tech Pack is a detailed blueprint for your garment, ensuring clear communication between designers and manufacturers. It reduces errors, saves time, and ensures accuracy before starting the sampling process.
2. Sampling
Sampling creates a product prototype based on your tech pack, ensuring fabric conversion, garment fit checks, quality assessments, and final approvals. A brand member's presence is crucial for a smooth process.
3. CAD Pattern Making
After approval, our pattern master uses CAD to create flat patterns from your sample for cutting. Your patterns are confidential and protected as your intellectual property.
4. Garment Production
Garment production involves steps from laying to packaging, ensuring quality at each stage. We record time for each step to determine production costs, which decrease as quantity increases.

Production
Upon creating your sample, we record the time required for cutting, stitching, buttoning, trimming, ironing, and packing to determine your per-garment production cost. The cost per garment decreases as the quantity of garments using the same pattern increases. We do not have a MOQ (minimum order quantity) and as every order is unique we ensure we discuss all costs involved before the start of production.
